Client services IconSTEP 1. Client Verification

To ensure your application is accurate and ready to move forward, you’ll have a quick call with our Client Services Team to confirm your personal and business information, verify legal names and spelling, and set up your account so we can begin the application process right away. 

Additional Docs IconSTEP 2. Remaining Documents

After scheduling your Client Services call, you’ll be able to upload any remaining required documents, including:

• A photo of your driver’s license (front and back)
• Proof of residence (utility bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, etc.)
• Any additional documents requested by your Funding Consultant that have not yet been uploaded

Submitting these items promptly will help us move your application forward as quickly as possible.

As part of your funding process, you will need to create a new “funding email” using Gmail or Yahoo. This email belongs to you — you control the username, password, and account access at all times. We simply use it as a dedicated communication and application email throughout your funding process.

Why do we ask you to do this?

  1. Protect Your Personal Email
    When we begin submitting soft-pull applications with lenders, your information may be shared across lending networks. This can trigger unwanted marketing emails, spam, and loan offers that are not part of your funding strategy. Using a dedicated funding email helps keep your personal inbox private and protected.
  2. Improve Approval Potential
    Your personal email likely has years of online history and may already be associated with hundreds of websites or marketing databases. Some lender systems automatically flag heavily-used emails as potential spam or high-risk activity. A brand-new funding email has no history, helping avoid unnecessary automatic declines.
  3. Streamline Your Funding Process
    Most importantly, this is the email our team will use to submit applications, monitor lender responses, and negotiate your loan offers on your behalf. This creates a true white-glove, done-for-you experience and helps us secure the best possible results for your credit profile.

Helpful Tips:
• Use your current email username, but change the email provider
Example: If your current email is tom@gmail.com, create tom@yahoo.com
• Save your login information
• Have the username and password ready to share with our team during your Client Services call

Welcome Call

Our processing team will schedule a welcome call to cover how our service works, answer questions and set the expectation about your funding journey. On this call we also collect any documentation needed, such as W2 statements, tax records, pay stubs and any other required documents for identity.

Offer Letter / Contract

A pre-qualification offer and service agreement is sent to you via email. This offer letter explains the different lenders we will use to obtain your funding as well as our process to obtain the loans.

Application Process

Once you have reviewed and signed the agreement. Our FUNDING team begins the application process with our lender network. This will happen in a very systematic way to ensure application success and maximized approvals.

Approval Reviews

Each approval will be discussed with you before any loan is accepted. This way, you are in control of which loans you want and need to successfully start and grow your business.

Loan Disbursements

Once you  accept the terms of a loan, we assist with managing disbursements to avoid interfering with other applications. Your  funds will be deposited directly into your  accounts.

Invoice

Finally, when disbursements have been received, our team will send you an invoice for our services. That’s it.. You are now funded and ready to start or grow your small business!
